Pick the Business starter kit and Cantrip's own description promises four things: services, testimonials, blog, and contact page. Three of those work exactly like you'd expect. The fourth one is real too, technically. It's just stuck behind a wall you can't see from the dashboard.
Here's what actually happens. The kit creates a real services collection with three posts in it, each one written by Cantrip's AI using what you typed in under "What does your business do?" Not filler text. Real, business-specific service listings, same as the testimonial quotes and blog posts the kit also seeds.
That collection also gets turned on as a proper listing page, the setting that's supposed to give it its own address, something like yoursite.com/services, where all three posts show up as a real page. Except the kit also builds a separate, hand-written Services page at that exact same address. And when Cantrip decides what to show someone who visits a URL, it checks hand-written pages first, always. Once a page exists at /services, the collection's own listing can never take that slot. Not a bug that only shows up if you do something wrong. It happens on every Business kit site, every time, because of the order two features check things in.
So the "Services" link already sitting in your nav menu, the one Cantrip wired up for you, points to /services. Click it and you get the hand-written page: three fixed cards labeled "Service One," "Service Two," "Service Three," no price on any of them, and a button that says "Learn More" and sends people to your contact form. The section powering that page can show real pricing and a "Book Now" button. Its own settings say so. The kit just never turns either one on. Meanwhile the three real, AI-written service posts sitting one collection over don't show up there at all. The only place they appear is a small "Our Services" block further down your homepage.
None of this breaks the site. Nobody sees an error. What they see is a Services page that looks unfinished: three generic placeholder names with no prices, sitting right below a homepage block that already knows what your business does. If you're building on the Business kit, go rewrite those three cards by hand before you launch, prices included, since the button for it is already built and just switched off. Or skip that and link straight to the real posts yourself. Either way, don't assume the page your own nav points to is showing your actual services. Right now, on this kit, it isn't.
